Butterfly Camp is located on a 120-acre working farm in the heart of Madison County near Shenandoah National Park. This campsite is suitable for two adults plus children. The space is very private, has mountain views and offers a campfire with cooking grill, small handwashing/dish sink, a table for two, a level tent site and a changing station with a portable toilet using biobags and a solar shower during warm weather.
Our farm is Certified Animal Welfare Approved and offers a small farm store, walking trails, pond, farm tours and experiences and access to our river property.
Located just minutes to White Oak Canyon and Old Rag Mountain trailheads in Shenandoah National Park plus walking distance to a brewery and winery using our farm trails and backroads.
Rental equipment, including full tent setups available.

We are located between the villages of Etlan and Bancoin Madison County, Virginia near Old Rag Mountain and just a short drive to Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park.
